1- Engineering technical services in contracting

Engineering technical services in contracting include taking on all technical challenges (such as drawing, management, design, etc.) and engineering (including contracting, productivity, design, and etc.). Carrying out engineering technical matters is included in contracting services when the employer has signed a contract with a contracting company to carry out the so-called zero to one hundred projects.

Here, “zero to one hundred projects” means from the supply of materials to its installation, execution, and delivery. This type of contracting is commonly known as “general contractor” or “supply and execution contractor”.

2- Contracting services

In this type of contracting service, the contract between the contractor (contracting company) and the employer is concluded as a general contract. In this type of contracting service, the supply and purchase of materials is also the responsibility of the construction contractor
